The idea

Plenty of capable people get turned down because their CV says "experienced" instead of what they actually did. Most will never sit down to write a portfolio, but they will talk about their work if someone asks.

So Shoofny is a chat, not a form. Miral asks one question at a time, looks for numbers and results in the answers, and never makes up achievements. With every answer, the profile beside the chat fills in where the person can see it.

Miral is a designed persona: a name, a face and a backstory that make her easier to talk to. She is an AI agent, not a real employee.

The problem isn't you. They just can't see you.

  1. The opening

    The main line, "The problem isn't you", Miral with stickers like "Read 10,000+ CVs", and a button that starts the chat straight away.

  2. Miral's story

    The persona Miral speaks as: five years in HR, and a photographer brother who got hired once she made him a page. A designed story that explains the problem with an example people remember.

  3. What she makes

    Four things from one chat: a portfolio on a link, a ready PDF CV, a version tuned to a specific job ad with a cover letter, and recommendations from a manager or client that appear only once the owner approves them.

  4. Before and after

    Typical CV lines next to what Miral writes: "Responsible for social media" becomes "Grew a clothing brand page from 4,000 to 60,000 followers in a year".

  5. How it works

    Five steps in about five minutes: talk, upload a CV if you have one, show your work, Miral writes, take the link.

  6. The chat and the profile

    The chat on one side and "Your profile" on the other, with how complete it is: photo, CV, a style reference, and the details Miral fills in from the conversation, ending with a "Build the portfolio" button.

    The same details produce a PDF CV that companies can read with their screening systems.
