Privacy policy

This page explains what reaches us when you contact us through the site, and what we do with it. In short: we take what we need to reply, and we don't sell it to anyone.
What you send us
When you fill in the "Rather we call you?" form or send a message with the "Send us a message" button, we receive:
- Your name.
- Your mobile number or email.
- Your type of business and city, or your message.
- The page you sent it from, and the language you were browsing in.
What we use it for
To reply and talk with you about your business. Nothing else. We don't sell your details, we don't hand them to advertisers, and we won't add you to marketing messages without your consent.
Where it's kept
We use a few services to run things, and your details pass through them:
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and the database where messages are saved.
- Google Sheets: a copy of messages in our own private sheet.
- Telegram: a notification to us the moment you send, so we can reply fast.
These services may store data on servers outside Egypt.
Visitor statistics
We count visits without cookies. We don't store your IP address: it's turned into a scrambled code that changes every day, so we can count visitors without being able to tell who you are.
When we run ads on Google, we use Google's tag (and possibly Google Analytics) to learn whether an ad led someone to contact us. When that tag is on, we ask you first in a small message, and it only sets cookies in your browser if you accept. Those cookies are handled by Google under its advertising policy. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings and the site keeps working.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're talking about or working on your project. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll get back to you.
We handle your data under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
If we change anything on this page, we'll update the date at the top.
